Sponsorship Opportunities. 2007/2008

 Hospitality

Hospitality has many ways of increasing platform to the business partners and family alike. F3 has the well known appeal of having produced nearly all the stars current and past in Formula 1. The Spanish F3 championship carries all the right hospitality and advertising to promote the championship, and with the races at F1 circuits and also as a support to the F1 weekend for the Valencia street race, it also brings great facilities. This scale of hospitality will enhance communications between businesses and the audience.

. Access to the F3 hospitality unit, with food and drinks all day.
. Paddock and pit lane entries to the entire racing weekend and test days.
. Track days in a variety of cars can be organised to entertain guests.

Logos and advertising

Team Identification is very important. Dependent on the sponsorship amount, your business logo will be advertised not only on the car, but also advertising boards, race transporters, race suit and helmet and race team members. These advertising spots are proven to be very beneficial towards corporate advertising as they are under constant scrutiny from cameras and general media. Change in special advertising, branding and media for new corporate partners and clients, including business promotions. This will help to promote different business sectors from race to race. As the Spanish F3 Championship takes place in 3 countries, a change in advertising agles can be easily approached.

TV and Media

Full race reports are available before and after each race. I have personal backing from Bournemouth’s local echo and Sutton images, the largest motorsport imagery team in the world, allowing for easy disbursement of pictures and up to date reports.

.The current TV coverage is yet to be confirmed but is looking to be Dave, a new channel which features Top gear and other motoring programmes..
. ITV also have a feature, Motorsport UK, which shows highlights of the races.
. As the championship is on the Spanish GT Championship package, the largest crowds within Spanish motorsport form for each race weekend. Not only that, but the F1 street race in Valencia will bring huge crowds from the bustling City as well as from the F1 circus.
. Up to date media launches and reports to all current and potential partners.

Promotional services

This service is to help promote your company and ourselves to potential partners and sponsors. This will allow me to attend social meetings and appear to all marketing benefactors. As the car is owned by the team, limited days of the car will be available.

Spanish Formula 3 Background

The Spanish Formula 3 championship is increasingly coming to be seen as agreat step for drivers as they develop towards Formula 1, just a couple ofsteps - potentially even just one step – ahead. Unlike many other similar series which have and continue to come and go,Formula 3 has real history – with an unbroken string of championshipsracing since 1950. All of the greats have achieved at Formula 3 level across the years anddecades – from Ayrton Senna to Michael Schumacher, from Lewis Hamilton toAlain Prost, from Nigel Mansell to Damon Hill and from Mika Hakkinen toSir Jackie Stewart. Historically, of course, the British series was prominent although overrecent years other championships have also clamoured for attention andhave overtaken as motor racing has become an ever more truly worldwidesport, quite possibly the sport with the greatest global reach of all. In a time when costs have risen exponentially over the years, and serieslike the British are unaffordable to any except the extremely well-heeledfew, championships like those in Spain, which place much greater emphasison providing value for money, have become ever more attractive, racing infront of enormous and appreciative crowds, and on great circuits –circuits where the drivers will be racing ‘tomorrow’ in GP2 and F1. In truth, the Spanish Formula 3 is, in all reality, a Southern Europeanchampionship designed to prepare drivers for the rigours of GP2 and F1. For 2008, the classic Spanish tracks such as Barcelona, Jerez and Jarama(all home to recent F1 Grands Prix) will be joined by the famous andenigmatic Spa in Belgium and Magny Cours, the home of the Belgian andFrench Grands Prix respectively. With Valencia’s new ‘Monaco-like’ harbour street circuit set to host the2008 European Grand Prix, Spanish Formula 3 is assured of a pivotal andvital role on the undercard for what will be a hugely exciting event. In recent times, Spanish Formula 3 has graduated more drivers to higherlevels than any other Formula 3 series in the world. Indeed, at the startof 2007 an incredible almost 25% of graduates to GP2 and World Series byRenault came directly from Spanish F3 – and they are winning races too. So, racing at some of the world’s greatest tracks and most-modernfacilities, offering tremendous but great value hospitality, greatertrack-time to allow drivers to develop than comparable series, racing infront of big and enthusiastic crowds, driving in a championship that istelevised and promoted worldwide, racing where more talent gets noticedthan anywhere else – and all at under half the cost of the staid andtraditional series…
